Success: In the Speri way, success is about discovering, creating and experiencing your own version of success that is personal, unique and focuses on what matters to you. From there, you have the most to offer and can share, align or combine successes with other people, companies or organizations.

Experiences: Your path of success and well-being encompasses accomplishments and milestones, as well as, a collections of experiences you enjoy along the way.
Together, the Speri way is about what you achieve; how you achieve it; the joy of it; and how your everyday experiences makes your path interesting and worthwhile.

I started Speri to give ambitious, bright, successful people a different way to be all of those things. The Speri way goes beyond the big, external milestones to experience 'the everyday' in a different way. (And, we love those milestones too!)
Variety is the name of the game for me. I've always loved new experiences, challenges and continuous learning. My career path is no different as these elements have always been integral, creating anything but a linear path!
I offer a unique blend of expertise and versatility as a professionally trained and certified Coach combined with my collective experiences spanning a variety of global companies (Diageo, Campbell’s, ACNielsen) and an assortment of roles and functions (marketing, innovation, account and category management). Later branching out as an entrepreneur with my own coaching and consulting businesses.

The common threads throughout are my passion to help others, my core strength of collaboration and my value of integrity. (And, I like to laugh along the way). I am a trusted, unbiased partner for my clients and I want to work together to open up new possibilities. I challenge them to see things differently to do things differently and do things differently to see things differently. (Take a moment to think about that!)
I'm all about community, connecting with others and new experiences whether it be improv classes, listening to a new audio book, travelling or trying a new restaurant (in a time when we could!) . My career is important to me and I feel fortunate to have the collection of experiences that I do and to now have my own business and spend my days helping others.
